A high school student named Haruhiko, who is preparing for entrance exams to Tokyo University, discovers a hidden secret one day. A girl with a black ponytail named Utsuki emerges from a closet. She is from the "Moon Village" and is part of a Ninja Troop. She greets Haruhiko by saying, "It's been 7 years, master."
