Shijima no Tsuki

Asaoka Miki returns to live with his parents to continue high school, parting ways with the person who raised him. Struggling with an inferiority complex due to his accomplished and popular younger twin, Itsuki, Miki meets Takagi Kazuya, a man seven years his senior. He falls in love with Takagi, whose affection helps him open up. Miki becomes deeply devoted to Takagi, seeing this as his first true love. However, Takagi's real interest lies with someone else who previously rejected him. Seeing Miki as a substitute for Itsuki, Takagi begins to pursue Itsuki again. The story follows the relationship between Miki and Takagi, two people of different ages with conflicting emotions.
