A new student named Nokotan joins Torako's class and possesses the unusual feature of antlers. Nokotan's deer-like nose detects Torako's hidden past as a former delinquent, despite her current image as a model student. Their interactions, whether in school or at the zoo, lead to unpredictable situations. Torako becomes curious about Nokotan's true nature, unsure if she is a deer, a human, or something else entirely.
