Shikizakura

A high school student named Kakeru Miwa becomes involved in a conflict between powered suits and oni, demons that possess humans from another world. The oni threaten the human world, which overlaps with the demon world at a place called Shikizakura, where autumn leaves and cherry blossoms coexist. The only defense against oni is the Yoroi, a powered suit combining ancient knowledge and modern technology. Kakeru accidentally activates a Yoroi and joins a team to fight the oni. His goal is to become a hero and protect Ouka Myojin, a shrine maiden destined to save the world. During the Shikizakura season, Ouka performs a shrine maiden dance. The story unfolds at the intersection of past and future, human and otherworldly realms, and personal hopes.
