A high school student from Kyoto, Kano is part of the once-aristocratic Nonomiya family. After losing her parents as a child, she resides in an old Western-style home with her brother, who owns an antique art business, and their lodger, Kei. She often wears kimonos inherited from her grandmother on her days off and has a particular fondness for antique kimonos. One day, she disregards a warning and opens a sealed storehouse, leading to a series of unusual occurrences.
