Royal inspectors once traveled incognito as destitute wanderers, visiting towns to root out and punish corrupt officials in the kingdom of Jyushin. Now, the kingdom has crumbled, and its people remain unheard in their suffering. One inspector still walks the land, continuing the mission alone.
