A boy named Miyabi-Black Garden possesses two opposing powers: the ability to destroy everything and the ability to create everything. These forces were never meant to coexist. He wields the Shinkaku technique, a weapon forged from the horns of an evil god and intended to remain dormant. Originally destined for a simple life as a timber craftsman, his path has drastically changed. A mysterious individual known as the "11th person" is placing dangerous magical bombs that threaten to destroy the world. To stop this, Miyabi activates the Shinkaku technique.
