The Ougi family has long battled evil with the guidance of their deity Karura. In the 38th generation, twin girls are born, splitting the family's inherited powers. One twin, Shouko, possesses spiritual abilities from the "Scroll of Heaven," while the other, Maiko, holds physical powers from the "Scroll of Earth." Their personalities differ, but together they can overcome threats.
