Shinigami Saikoro Game

A high school student named Seishin Kamisawa experiences a sudden change in his life when his father and sister fall into comas following a car accident. He finds a mysterious die in his sister's room, from which a shinigami emerges. The death god proposes a deal: Seishin can attempt to save his family by risking his own life in a game. Accepting the offer, he becomes bound to the die and must participate in gambling contests to survive and rescue his loved ones. Each gamble determines his fate, as the dice influences his life and the world around him.
