A man is set to be executed for allegedly killing his family when a death god arrives. His younger sister, who is the death god, has been assigned to ensure his soul is sent to hell. She also has another task: fulfilling the final request of a girl suffering from heart disease. She takes her condemned brother with her on the journey. As they travel, the complexity of people's true natures becomes clear, and the certainty of the man’s guilt is called into question. The siblings agree to investigate the truth behind their family’s death, vowing to pursue it regardless of obstacles in the living world or the afterlife.
