A year after the previous series' conclusion, Tsuru Tsurulina III reestablishes the Maruhage Empire as the Neo-Maruhage Empire, reigniting the Hair Hunts and introducing a new group of strong Hair Hunt generals. Bo-bobo enhances his "Fist of the Nosehair" to its "True Theory" form and reunites with Beauty and the Hajike allies to confront the renewed threat.
