A high school student named Kumano Chieko passes away before experiencing much of her school life. Her fate between Heaven and Hell remains uncertain when she is deceived by an enigmatic character with a pumpkin head, who redirects her to Purgatory. The story includes two additional chapters beyond the main narrative.
