A boy who was born in the Year of the Snake lives a routine life with his lively family and friendly classmates. He becomes intrigued by a mysterious girl in his class named Makina but is unable to approach her. Before the next lunar new year, a second enigmatic girl named Rushia appears. She leans close as if to kiss him and reveals that he possesses a hidden ability known as "Snake Eyes."
