Albert Luminous, the eldest son of a noble family, struggled with magic, especially in comparison to his talented younger brother. He learned the basic spell Magic Arrow as a child but failed to progress further at the Academy of Magic and was eventually expelled. After returning home, he spent ten years training with Magic Arrow. He later met Laura, a new student at the academy. His circumstances appear set to change.
