Ten Serizawa takes a two-hour mountain commute to high school daily, leaving little time for socializing with friends after classes. To make things easier, she moves into a local boardinghouse where one of her friends and three male residents already live. Though her friends see her as completely unaware of romantic feelings and interactions with boys, the move raises questions about whether she can maintain her usual composure in this new shared living environment.
