Ootori Haruki was the star player of his school's soccer team and dedicated himself to appearing cool. He carefully crafted his image and behavior to fit the persona he wanted. However, this changed when Jinmyou Kaoru, a new student, arrived. Kaoru naturally exuded the same coolness Haruki worked to achieve and outperformed him on the field. Haruki now faces the challenge of competing with this new rival.
