A year after the anime's events, three girls are now third-year middle school students preparing for their high school entrance exams. Setsuna is involved in rebuilding Labyrinth but makes visits. Love struggles to determine her future aspirations and feels envious of her friends who have clear goals. A mysterious figure in a black cloak, calling themselves "Mafisto," emerges, summoning monsters known as "Fushiawase," causing chaos in the town. The girls reunite as Pretty Cure using the Linkrun. The true identity of "Mafisto" is later uncovered, and the Cures transform into their Angel forms once more. Soular, Westar, Tart, and Chiffon also contribute to the unfolding events.
