A mysterious hero, known only by the X symbol on their back, is said to defeat groups of delinquents. Kinami Shino, a solitary girl with a delinquent appearance and an X on her clothing, is suspected of being this hero. She befriends Batsumaru, a boy with red and white hair, against his will, pulling him into a violent environment. The story questions whether Shino is truly the hero or if the situation is more complex.
