Shuukan Shounen Girl

Each chapter introduces a different female protagonist. In the first, Ichikawa discovers a weekly shounen manga appearing on her torso, a condition she shares with her male classmate Aoi, who is a manga enthusiast. The second chapter follows Kawamura, who observes a boy in her class being unexpectedly duplicated.
