Shuwashuwa, Kirari

During their third year of high school, Kei visits Koai island to reunite with Kou, a friend he had corresponded with through letters. They hadn't seen each other in 12 years, and Kei finds Kou very different from his own quiet nature—Kou is sociable and has many friends. Initially, Kei is surprised that Kou isn't as warm in person as he seemed in his letters. As they spend time together and share memories, they gradually grow closer. Their long-distance friendship, built over years of letters, begins to shift when a kiss driven by curiosity alters the dynamic between them.
