Silk Romance

During the early Meiji period, Suzu becomes a leader at a silk mill and meets a French foreigner named Jules, who struggles with isolation due to his inability to speak Japanese. To help him, Suzu dresses in a woman's outfit and spends time with him. Though Jules is polite, the company president instructs Suzu to act as his "Western mistress" to support him. As they collaborate to address challenges, a strong attraction grows between them.
