Yunwoo has competed in fencing tournaments with his best friend Mir for three years. Despite having more experience, Yunwoo often ends up without a medal while Mir achieves success. A series of losses, culminating in a poor performance at his last junior high competition, leads Yunwoo to quit fencing. However, he soon discovers that his involvement with the sport may not be over, even if he has chosen to walk away.
