In a near-future Japan, Towa resides in the Special Administrative District of Shingoumi, leading a life of indulgence. His hobby involves capturing human desires through painting, using the emotional intensity of others' desires as inspiration. He accepts the emotional or physical toll this process may bring, believing that fulfilling these desires through his art is what ultimately brings people happiness.
