Kuhou Komado attempts to recruit Haimura Enjirou for Benten High's baseball team after learning of his brief but successful one-year leadership that brought Toyosawa to second place before he vanished. Haimura is uninterested in baseball due to a 100 million yen debt he must repay. Benten High is in a difficult position, prompting Kuhou Komado to offer to settle Haimura's debt in return for his participation on the team.
