In a future where juvenile crimes become more severe, the government establishes a unit known as the Juvenile Police, composed of student officers. A young man, unremarkable and without direction, experiences the loss of his closest friend, a member of the Juvenile Police, in a tragic incident. This event leads him to pursue a role within the same organization.
