A man with a terminal heart condition receives a transplant from a young pianist who died in a car accident. The recipient, Da-Ul, vows to cherish his second chance at life. His perspective shifts when he encounters Yeon-Jo, the woman his donor loved. Learning of her sorrow, Da-Ul experiences conflicting emotions toward her, unsure whether they stem from guilt or another feeling entirely.
