A continuation of events following the defeat of Yomi, this story takes place several years later. Babel now faces new threats in the form of the US military and the CIA, who seek to exploit his abilities for their own ends after previously receiving a blood sample for what was believed to be a charitable cause. Babel must battle opponents who possess his own powers, while being cut off from the support of his usual allies, who are confined in a location beyond his mental reach. The narrative serves as a definitive conclusion to the earlier series, disregarding the fourth part of the original manga. It also incorporates the one-shot titled "Point 4."
