Yuzuru, who works as a piano tuner, has encountered many different pianists in his line of work. When he hears the distinctive and unconventional playing of Rion, he senses that he cannot easily distance himself from Rion's captivating presence. Rion expresses his affection and proposes that Yuzuru become his exclusive piano tuner, a suggestion that Yuzuru finds difficult to accept. Yuzuru questions whether Rion's interest in him is genuine or based solely on his professional abilities.
