A mysterious illness causes individuals to experience sudden episodes where they act out fantasy scenarios, detached from reality. Those affected require supervision to ensure safety during these episodes. Nakanishi Kei encounters a woman suffering from this condition, who immediately addresses him as "Pierrot the Ripper" and pulls him into her imagined world. After the episode ends, she continues to pursue a connection with him, refusing to let the encounter go.
