Sore ga Sekai no Futsu ni Naru

Rui Hasegawa is a boy whose behavior seems to affect the world in strange ways, possibly due to an alien entity called "X." His personal decisions, such as considering suicide or increasing milk consumption, lead to global consequences, like rising suicide rates or doubled milk intake worldwide. A group of individuals has assigned another boy, Iruma, to monitor Rui and help maintain a sense of normalcy in his life to prevent further unusual effects.
