A tyrannical demon known as Takeomi the Fallen is the target of Shoutarou Murata, a ronin determined to bring him down. Unbeknownst to others, Shoutarou is Takeomi’s own son. During his quest, Shoutarou encounters a vengeful spirit that claims its assistance is necessary to defeat the demon, though uncertainties remain about its true intentions.
