A group of five interconnected stories features Ninomiya Sora and her boyfriend, Hinase Hoshi, who visit a fortune teller who predicts Sora will lose her loved one. Shortly after, a stranger takes Sora away using playing cards. In another story, Sora faces a test set by her grandfather and Hoshi's mother the day before graduation; failing means repeating junior high. Another story follows China and her friends on a beach vacation where they try to attract boys.
