A pair of men and women are among the casualties of the Kinki upheaval, a conflict that led to the division of Japan into eastern and western regions. Thirteen years later, a fragile peace between the two sides appears to be breaking down. A powerful sacred artifact, IXOLDE, has been regenerated in the Osaka region. To stop its activation, Hidehisa Nakamura, leader of the Tokyo area, enters the neutral Nagoya region alongside citizens from Zenon City. The reason behind Osaka's regeneration of one of the most potent sacred treasures remains unclear. A new conflict between eastern and western Japan emerges in Osaka.
