Soul Eater

Maka is a meister who wields a scythe named Soul Eater, a weapon capable of shifting between scythe form and that of a human-like boy. Their goal is to strengthen Soul Eater by consuming the souls of 99 humans and one witch, with the ultimate aim of becoming Death's Weapon, used by the spirit of Death. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles, such as Blair, a cat witch with an interest in Soul, and a teacher turned zombie who tries to recruit him. Maka also interacts with classmates like Black Star, a weapon meister who craves attention. The challenges they face make it uncertain whether Maka will succeed in her mission or even survive the process.
