Naki Kamisato is a 19-year-old from Okinawa who engages in stealing and reselling high-end vehicles. His routine is disrupted when he becomes entangled with a U.S. Air Force deserter. The situation is resolved by an enigmatic woman wearing a black uniform, who employs an extraordinary and inexplicable method to settle the conflict.
