Soumeikyuu - Soukuukan

A university student named Kusa discovers a Japanese doll named Neko that behaves like a human child, capable of speaking, laughing, crying, and sulking. Neko enjoys eating mirinboshi, a type of sweet rice cake. Kusa and Neko frequently argue but gradually develop a closer bond. The narrative portrays Kusa’s life as a student and the evolving relationship between him and Neko, including moments where Kusa teaches Neko about life and death. The story is told from Neko’s perspective and focuses on everyday experiences and emotional growth.
