A massive tree taller than a mountain appears in the middle of a city, bringing both destruction and perceived fortune. The tree bears fruit known as "Queen's apples," which heal those who consume them. Initially celebrated, the apples later reveal a dangerous side, as some individuals turn into violent creatures after eating them. Others, however, remain unaffected and gain powerful abilities to combat these transformed beings. The situation raises questions about whether those who change can be saved or if their fate is inevitable.
