Speed Grapher

A former war photographer named Tatsumi Saiga investigates an exclusive underground club catering to the ultra-rich. His target is Kagura, a 15-year-old girl revered as the club's "goddess." When he is discovered attempting to photograph her, he is nearly killed but survives after Kagura kisses him, giving him the power to destroy anything he captures in a photo. Contact with Kagura's bodily fluids can bestow unusual abilities tied to a person's desires or fixations. As Saiga seeks to help Kagura achieve her wish for freedom, he evades pursuit from both the secretive club and the corporate entity behind it, the Tennouzu Group.
