SSG: Meimon Danshikou Keppuroku

A girl named Otowa, Subaru takes her brother's place at an elite all-boys high school for a year while he recovers from hospitalization. On her first day, she encounters several unusual students who react strongly to her name and insist she join the Lion Club. Concealing her true identity as a girl is already a challenge, and now she must also contend with the club's insistence that she be part of their group, which they believe is connected to their past lives as members of the Shinsengumi.
