Strawberry Palace

In this society, non-human entities known as Sapeles are enslaved and marginalized, treated with the same disdain as the impoverished. They are forbidden from harboring desires, particularly those related to love, as such emotions mark them as defective. Lepu Le is a Sapele struggling with confusion about his identity and origins. His perspective shifts after meeting Roie, another Sapele who is already considered broken. This encounter prompts Lepu to challenge the beliefs and norms imposed upon him.
