Straylight Run: Under no Tenshi to Shinizokonai no Hangakusha

A cyberpunk tale of a boy who never stops fighting the world. With Earth's surface contaminated, humanity has been driven into a colossal structure called the Top Tower. Unlike the rulers of its upper floors, the poor of the lower levels routinely sell off body parts and undergo cyberization. Disillusioned by this rotten reality, a boy named Lucky steals Providence, a program secretly developed by the U.S. military, and installs it in his own body. The god-like power he gains turns him into a fugitive. Having lost his friends, his parents, and any place to call home, all he has left is Hikari, a girl he met in the Under, the lowest level, where he barely escaped with his life. The boy will hesitate no longer. Finger on the trigger, he mutters in defiance: Jackpot.
