Ryu is cautioned about the risks of Dark Hadou, a corrupting force that can consume a fighter and strip them of compassion, turning them into a ruthless killer. His pursuit of martial perfection puts him at risk of falling under its influence, leading him toward a confrontation with M. Bison.
