In 1945, Yoshika Miyafuji, who lost her abilities as a witch during a recent mission, is training to become a physician. A message arrives from Shizuka Hattori, one of Yoshika's trainees in the Imperial Fuso Navy, informing her that she has been selected for a transfer to study overseas in Europe.
