Rita Hoshiyama is a middle school student who identifies as a rock musician, but her parents want her to focus on cooking and the family business instead. When Sakuya-kun, a dishwasher at her family's restaurant and someone she looks up to, invites her to perform live the following day, she accepts despite the challenges. The issue is that her band only has two members, making preparation difficult.
