A new police officer, Ginnosuke Tooyama, is stationed at a police box in Midoriyama, a district known for high crime rates. On his first day, he solves a kidnapping case, though the success is actually due to his twin brother, Kinnosuke, whom Ginnosuke thought had died in his youth. This is the debut work of writer Kaitani Shinobu.
