"Suki" da Nante Zettai ni Iwanai

At age 12, Mamoru was told by his childhood friend Kanato that he loved him, but Mamoru rejected him, saying two boys couldn't be together. They drifted apart after that. Years later, now 15, Mamoru moves to Tokyo to find Kanato again. They reunite at the same school and share a dorm room. Despite the comfort they feel being close—like when Kanato touches Mamoru’s head—they remain stuck in the past, unable to change what has already happened.
