A struggling manga artist named Kaname Ootawara saves a girl wearing a school swimsuit who is found dehydrated by the roadside. The girl, identified as Etoile, is an alien from the water planet Republic of Breu, requiring water to survive. Etoile's mission is to alert Earth about an impending crisis. To achieve this, she teams up with Kaname and their neighbor Reiko, leading to the creation of explicit videos uploaded to the site P-Tube.
