Suna no Umi no Ifrit

A thousand years have passed since the world was buried under a sea of sand, and the remnants of a once-advanced civilization now face a brutal existence. Humanity battles for survival against massive creatures called aqua gorgers, which steal water. Noah, a boy living in a distant coastal region, rescues a woman pursued by these creatures. She is revealed to be an embodiment of the God of Fire, possessing the ability to ignite anything she touches. Together, the boy and the woman journey across the sand sea in pursuit of a place they believe to be paradise.
