Sweet Bitter Candy

A short, once-overweight boy named Kawaguchi, who was known as "Chidebu," has spent his high school years admiring the openly gay, rebellious Kanaya in secret. Five years later, after losing weight, he wonders if he can now gain Kanaya's attention. Meanwhile, the student council president, Tone, expects the persistent Ninomiya to be a burden, as the latter joined the council to be close to him after confessing his feelings. However, Ninomiya proves to be a capable worker, and Tone begins to feel more at ease around him. In another story, a long-term couple experiences a painful breakup when one decides to marry. Additionally, a mangaka is concerned that his new assistant might discover and fall for his secret lover.
