A low-level employee has struggled for years without a promotion. When a charismatic and kind new supervisor joins the team, he sees an opportunity to climb the ranks by gaining favor. The new boss strangely resembles the romantic interest from a dating simulation game the employee is playing. Believing there may be a connection, he tries to use the game as a guide to both advance his career and build a relationship with his superior.
